We offer domestic and international shipping

For domestic shipping:

  • USPS time frame for delivery is approximately 3 business days, but we DO NOT guarantee 3-DAY delivery.
  • USPS time frame for delivery in the United States is approximately 4 business days, but we DO NOT guarantee earlier delivery beyond 5-7 business days.

  • We apologize, as we do not offer express shipping at this time. However, should your order exceed the amount of $75, it will be shipped via complimentary priority mail. We will do our best to ship your package to you as soon as possible.

Please confirm your shipping address to prevent shipping delays or loss. If you need 2 day shipping, please let us know by sending us a message on our contact page.

Shipping confirmations including tracking numbers are emailed when orders have been shipped. 

Imani Clothing cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters or general delays within the corporate USPS system. Additionally, “Imani Clothing is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments or packages. 

International Shipping Policies

International delivery time frame is approximately 15-25 business days (Holidays & Weekends Excluded).

All International Orders are Final Sale.

Shipping Cost

Prices for low weight shipping items are below:

  • Domestic Shipping is $3.
  • Shipping to Canada and Mexico is $8.
  • Shipping to all other countries is $13.


We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of shipping arrival date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

All exchanges must be exchanged by the purchaser and the original order number must be provided, along with the reason for the refund or exchange. Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it to us unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

How to return or exchange your purchase:

1. Before you return an item please email us at  explaining what you are returning and why. We will then send you a confirmation email.

2. Send your return or exchange, along with the confirmation email, within 14 days of the receipt. Please note return/exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless it is determined the item is damaged due to our negligence. 

3. Once we receive your return, a refund or exchange will be issued within 7-17 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
